Hi there,
I have had a poco compact for a couple of years with no problems then at the weekend past my plugins became disabled. I disconnected the firewire and power supply then reconnected everything back up which was working ok.
After about 15min of reconnecting i could smell a really bad burning coming from the poco. At the back it was super hot to touch around the fw ports. I have taken the power supply to an electrician and he couldn't see anything wrong but upon reconnecting back at the studio this morning the burning smell is back within 10min and again super hot to touch at the fw ports.
Would anyone might know whats causing this or had similar experiences?
